i agree with Oleksi. the watch in yr posted pics is almost too big already. but it does also depend on what you are after: a huge watch on a smaller wrist can look great if you are the kind of person who can wear almost anything and still look good. the watch you are wearing in the pictures shouts: geek ! which is fine if thats what you want to be shouting. otherwise, choose the smaller one

Mine’s 145mm, and I get the smaller versions (so far S3 & S5) the larger one looked ridiculous on me. Like an iPad stuck to my arm. The larger sports bands are too big for me on the smallest hole. I pass my watch onto my wife who has 140mm wrists.. so yeah, don’t stress it. The smaller version is plenty big enough.
The Watch is lightweight at just 27.8g without the strap for the 40mm model and 33g for the 44mm. I soon forgot I was wearing it (in a good way), and it is small and discreet enough that I did not mind sleeping with it on to track my sleep, but it’s not as slim or subtle as a thin activity tracker such as the Fitbit Inspire 3.
